Experience Peruvian gastronomy with a hands-on cooking tour. Start with a visit to one of Lima’s traditional markets to select the ingredients for your cooking lesson and discover the array of Andean spices, grains, vegetables and fruits used in Peruvian food. Our renowned chef will show you how to prepare traditional recipes like the zesty ceviche, Causa Limeña and Lomo saltado. After lunch explore Peru’s capital city on a half day tour of colonial and modern Lima.

Start your two-day trip to the unforgettable ruins of Machu Picchu with a magical train journey onboard the luxury Hiram Bingham, where you will enjoy a delicious Andean inspired brunch.
